Both land parcels attracted 10 bids each with Parcel A won by EL Development at $1,246 psf and Parcel B was won by Kingsford Development with a winning bid of $1,210 psf.
Parcel A can yield an estimated 265 units while Parcel B can yield an estimated 140 units. As both sites are in close proximity to the Buona Vista MRT Interchange Station and the One-North business precincts.
The strong interest for these sites are said to be attributed to the strong sales showing for the earlier new launch One North Eden earlier this year. The launch prices for the 2 Slim Barracks Rise sites are expected to be between $2,000 psf to $2,200 psf.
